Whether in its large composite curing ovens or heat presses, Calcomp, Inc. can process parts up to 10 feet in length, at temperatures up to 500° Fahrenheit. Calcomp, Inc.’s CNC machining capabilities allow the company to build industry-leading tooling for tight tolerance profiles and provide composite machining for complex assemblies. By creating and fabricating tooling in house, Calcomp, Inc. is able to offer superior pricing, quality, and lead times to its customers. Calcomp, Inc. also has a patent on an innovative lightweight fire proof composite material suitable for use in many of its product lines which meets the requirements of AC20-135 (2,000° F for 15 minutes).
